This is the seventh consecutive year of running the route I designed in 2018. M-26 was calm enough that I could run a few circles and diagonals as the crowning ornament. Ran the base/platform segment more times to give the tree a little more stability.

Very quiet streets and a quick exchange of pleasantries with Adam. Compared to the barren and rainy streets of 2023, occasional slipping and sliding on snow (and even ice) felt like heaven! First time in a long time that I ran the entirety of 4th street up from M-26. Seasonably cold but very pleasant weather. Good run.
