Major mistake and disaster

I finally made the Thursday evening Atlanta cycling group bike ride. This one is a no drop ride meaning no one is left behind and the leader is the last one in the pack. With this particular group, I was the only beginner who was the slowest one but fortunately the group leader, Brad, is a very kind and patient man.  I learned a lot about riding on the road and group rides in general, and about the Atlanta cycling group rides.  There's also a ladies group ride on Tuesday evenings. The evening group rides are going to end the end of this month due to less daylight in the winter.  I  hadn't biked for a while, so this ride was semi challenging as far as the inclines but it was not terrible.  We both forgot our head lights so we hurried back as it got dark. I also got to meet the leader and ladies that go on the Tuesday group ride.  She is on a team called Sorella.  One of the ladies had heard of Shirzanan. I was too busy riding & didn't take any pictures except at the very end - of my bike and the Atlanta cycling store here in Vinings. One thing that was also nice is no driver got mad at us and no one threw any water bottles at me lolz. ;)
