Haven't had a good challenging bash at a 5k in a while and was really up for it today so just went for it. Went out with David and stuck to his shoulder until he faded. Then stuck to the next guy to take the lead's shoulder until I started to fade in the 4th km. Glanced at my watch towards the end and noticed my time so dug in for the final km hoping for a Reading parkrun PB... just missed it.

Ended up being a pretty consistent run, bar the last two k's. Felt really good and quite chuffed with my time this early in my marathon build up.
