Bailed on an easy social 10 miler last night due to a sore back so did it today as a tempo effort, as you do.

Was going to run some of The Devil's Highway but was scuppered by a lake that already drowned several cones in the middle of the road right at the beginning of it so had to rethink my route. One thing was for certain: I wasn't going back up Ford Lane as I wasn't in the mood for big hills or more mud. Bolted down Bramshill Road dodging cars instead 🤣

Good run and felt pretty strong 💪
