Mám dobrý pocit, z toho, že jsem znovu začal trénink. Tenhle typ intervalů mi nikdy moc nešel a každý rok je tak nějak přeskakuju, protože rýmičky, nejde to stress, tak uvidíme, jestli se mi podaří je držet. Ideálně je budu dělat 2x týdně. Už jsem musel přejít na delší kopec, který je v něčem těžší. Docela se často mění sklon a hůř si hledám rytmus. Ale nejezdí tam auta, což je super. Už tam ale nebude sníh, takže se tam dá jezdit v pohodě. Nahoře jsem hledal zapomenutý držák na kameru, ale někdo se obětoval a vzal si ho domů.

I feel good about getting back into training. This type of interval has never really suited me, and every year I tend to skip it because of colds, stress, or other excuses. Let’s see if I can stick with it this time. Ideally, I’ll do them twice a week. I’ve already had to switch to a longer climb, which is tougher in some ways. The gradient changes quite a bit, making it harder to find a rhythm. But at least there are no cars, which is great. The snow is gone now, so it’s fully rideable. At the top, I looked for a forgotten camera mount, but someone generously took it home instead.
