This workout can be used to build your training load or as a moderate endurance recovery while you recover from a high-intensity session. 

After your warmup, you'll progress through 4 sets of 12 min predominantly aerobic intervals, with a few 30s bursts just under your LTP. Keep hydrating throughout the workout - aim to maintain a similar average HR in the final set as the first.
