At the encampments / “Integrated Care Hub” ( see map in pics ) with no police presence, the bike theft factory is in full swing. 3 high end Norco road bikes and gravel bikes just hanging from a clothes line - ready to be chopped. I’ve been searching for mine - of course I have. But these ones look freshly stolen. Didn’t have chance to take pics.  Don’t bother telling me not to go in there.  I have compassion for these people’s circumstances - but I also have no problem taking back stolen property.  Risks and all.
