First taste of real intensity in three months and a bit of a rude awakening, especially for a workout designed to be a 'reintroduction'. Not helped by my quads feeling massively beat up after yesterday's downhill running pounding. Knocked the power down a couple of % each time to retain control and maintain the desired HR response. Legs are definitely the limiter at this moment.

Satisfying to get back to it - the progression will come.
