First skyline. DFL. I don't understand how trail runners do it. I'm in awe of my companions today, Brian Martin Matthew Elam Gus Teran .

Snowy. Fuck Sanitas; pave it all. Post-run lunch at Bohemian Biergarten hit the spot.

I regret restarting strength training this week and regret the 2.7mi from home to the TH. That and with post-marathon legs, this may be the hardest athletic endeavor I have ever done. 

Stryd + not starting watch ate a bunch of miles.
