Really good. Douthat/ BRS vibe . All rideable stuff . Generally got the hang of the layout . Sweet upper flow trails armored with gravel for gen pop use and lower purpose built trail below mixed in with fire road type returns but always single track ascent / descent options + old creek / water way the whole way down that has a ton of rock work in it  that few people will ever appreciate . Trail builders get a 10/10 for use of surface area and hillsides with steep, steady , or traverse options everywhere .
