Steady run

Final pre-race workout, so kept the volume low, but the paces high lol. The miles were split into .75 miles at 5:00-5:05 pace and then .25 miles at 4:45-4:55/mi. I had Tony helping me on the bike, which was huge, and those paces ended up feeling pretty comfortable. The last rep was probably the best I've felt running since my last race, so that's very encouraging heading into Saturday. Minimal right leg issues, though it's not completely ok. Finished with some 200s, I really need to do more of them. Haven't moved my legs that fast in awhile!
