Perfect fall morning with no home obligations to explore and seek the raw beauty of Panthertown. Spent the first hour on technical trail to see a new waterfall, Big Green (granite mountain), and the Big Wall trail which majestically traverses the base of Big Green. After that, climbed to the other main trailhead and did some rhythm running for an hour to Chinquapin and back to the north side of Panthertown, before technical descent to Riding Ford and Schoolhouse Falls and then the final grind back to Cold Mtn TH, made a little bit more mystical by the spiritual Calliope music playing in Canaan
