It was so cold on the mountain this morning that on a long descent my body temperature reached absolute zero.

"Grandpa," I asked. "How did he know all that?"
Grandpa dandled me on his knee, patted me on the head, pinched my cheek, and said, "The judge told him."
Sitting on grandpa's lap while he tells you sordid tales of the family history is a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. But you know what's an even more fantastic way to spend an afternoon?
