After the back troubles, the ups were manageable and the downs were hurtful and once the heavens opened on lap 3 the cold set into the bones and struggled to keep warm and comfortable. That’s me done 3 Ironman full distances was my goal ✔️ Tenby sea has tried to drown me twice and then the heavens open on the run and try to drown me again, warmer climates await ✌🏽 thanks to all the support crews you were awesome 👏 👏👏👏👏👏👏
