Fasted. 40.2 pound pack. No ice hat, but it was 49F at start.

Goal was to run a 5k and keep my heart rate at around 150 bpm. This (along with post run, TOMF at 80#) will be my regular Wednesday workout, between now and the Tatonka 5k.

Mom did a little more than her minimal loop and got to walk a little to the west and see the harvest moon setting.
