Endurance focusing on cadence

Stoke to take 3rd in the district in the individual pursuit (4K) and set a PR on the event with a sub 5 minute finish (4:58.96, to be precise). Still some work to do in the standings start and to bridge to the 3ish seconds that separates me from the top spot. 

Morning kilo effort not my best with zero time to warm up and a slip disc on the initial start. I was only able to do 1:17 on the second start, not my best, not my worst…
Overall happy with 2 silvers (scratch and points race) and one bronze (4K IP)… and a PR. Will keep working and trying to improve for next year
