2 things:  First, I saw my physical therapist yesterday and he gave me some suggestions that made a HUGE difference in my power & comfort.  It was simple advice “spend more time isolating your abductors because they’re still weak.”  Pre ride “Side lying Hip Abduction” is now added to my routine.  Thank you Travis Tanasse He also broke up some scar tissue under the scar on my glute 🥵 which felt like it freed things up.

Secondly, rides from my new home are majorly upgraded.  STOKED
