Had a dream in which I was touring with Levi and Anton in thunder snow

Stretching the legs

And mine is scattered apparently - found some pieces today but left them there cuz LNT

Really fun and really good memories, perfect weather, ate well and took care of electrolytes (sweat more than expected), and lungs really felt superhuman down here.

Up hill legs really came to play today and didn't leave me at all - probably cuz I didn't push ups too hard (read: could have run a lot more), but still biggest vert of the year and it felt good. Down hills legs on the other hand didn't want to play too much until the very end - the really steep trail in the trees coming down Madison was really fun

Came to rip a fast presi and I did that and had a blast, just struggling to not compare myself to the leader board on this
