Casse-Pattes in France. Did a LOT of walking while in France for the Paralympics and lost 10 lbs. Took a week off and now it’s time to see if I can’t keep that downward weight trend happening.
Morning Ride
Murray over to Criterium Bikes and back. Felt great on the bike today. Solid zone 2 ride. Thought I was fast, but then I realized it was just your friendly neighborhood tailwind. But it helped me outrun the rain.
