Hard workout (knew that coming in) - felt the lactate jelly legs early and kept it right around that edge for the rest of the workout. Happy with performance. Need to wear HR monitor next time as double check on my perceived effort. 

Great day getting out with the guys. Good conversation for the wu and longer cd together
