The Broomstick Blue is a loop linking Nevis Range and Torlundy. The whole loop is 7km in length, so it will provide plenty of entertainment for those less experienced riders, or it can alternatively be used as a warm up as you ride to the Nevis Range trails from Fort William....

To access the trail you have the option of riding the blue XC access route, riding up the forest road (beware of lorries using this road) or taking the Nevis bike uplift which is available at weekend....

As the name suggests, this route is a 10km loop at the base of the Nevis Range, in the heart of the Leanachan Forest. The route is based on the popular “10 Under the Ben” endurance race, which sees riders completing as many laps of the course as possible....

Start and finish at Braveheart Car Park about a mile up the Glen Nevis road from the roundabout, or from Fort William itself. Just a little further up the glen you'll find the Glen Nevis Visitor Centre which has great information about the area and toilets too....
