A large, wide open bowl
The North-east Bow on Henderson Mountain is a great choice when snow stability is good. This wide open 1000 feet bowl has a few gullies and wind lips that can be played on. There usually isn't a cornice at the top, so getting in is pretty easy. It benches out after 1000 feet, and you can either skin back up, or keep skiing down to Lulu Pass rd another 600 feet or so through nice trees. Skin up from Lulu Pass rd, through the trees, then head slightly left to a low col of the ridge, you will be skinning through relatively safe trees pretty much the whole way to the ridge. A little before the ridge, there are some great small spines and cliffs you could hit too. Written by Charlie Boscoe
