Canadian Trees - Tsai
Get away from the busy commercial main resort and enjoy some of the best tree skiing in the Alps at Bruson. These two fantastic runs through the larch forest are perfect for low-visibility or bad weather day skiing....

Attelas - Ba Combe
A Verbier classic. Great skiing under the 'Etablons' down the 'Ba Combe.' Never too steep or serious. From the Col des Mines, traverse high and right under the Etablons to keep as much altitude as possible to reach the ridge under the skier's left hand side of the avalanche barriers....

Attelas - Etablons - Ba Combe
A variation on the classic Ba Bowl. Never too steep or serious and still a good adventure - but you'll need to walk a little for this one. From the Col des Mines, walk to the small summit above at 2402m (10-20mins)....

Savoleyres - Tournelle Left
A classic line, skiers left of La Tournelle. From the top of the Tournelle chair, ski close to the chair keeping right of the lift line. Follow the fall line skiers left of La Tournelle (beware of avalanche risk around the steepers slopes of La Tournelle!)....

Savoleyres - Pylons
A direct line following the pylons of the Savoleyres cable car. From the top of the Savoleyres cable car follow the line of the lift. Half way down, around 1900m, head slightly to the right leaving the lift line....

Savoleyres - La Marlene
A scenic, straightforward ski down the south facing slopes beneath the Pierre Avoi. Turn left out of the top of the Tournelle chair and traverse high and right towards the Pierre Avoi to reach the ridge....

Col de la Chaux Exit
An easy descent to re-join the pistes of Verbier from the Col de la Chaux. A few turns in the steeper terrain to leave the Col soon joins you to the track that leads all the way back to the resort....

Savoleyres - Tournelle Right
A classic line straight down the fall line, skiers right of La Tournelle. From the top of the Tournelle chair, leave the piste and stay as high as possible, traversing to the right....

Attelas - James Blunt
A short cut through a small gully under the Attelas chairlift. Whilst not the most scenic or interesting of lines it still goes through some interesting ski terrain. From the top of the Attelas chair lift follow the line of pylons that head down a wide gully....

Mont Gele - Direct
The snow transforms rapidly on the sunny side of the Mont Gele so you have to be quick to enjoy fresh snow here. But you can often find good spring conditions here in the early afternoon too....

La Chaux to Le Chable via Sarreyer
A long and enjoyable run down to Le Chable which needs good snow cover and is not often in condition - make sure you know you can get down or you are in for a very, very long walk....

Attelas - Creblet
An introduction to the classic Attelas couloirs. Easily accessible adventure and steep skiing. From Les Attelas follow the ridge NNW to the Col du Creblet (take care accessing the col - see the line on the map - at first skiers right of the ridge, crossing over skiers left, and then skiers right again to reach the col)....

Savoleyres - Planards Esserts
Slightly steeper but fun skiing in the sun from Savoleyres to Les Esserts. From the top of the Savoleyres cable car, ski between the Savoleyres lift and the drag lift, staying skiers right of the main piste....

Mont Gele - North Couloirs Lake Side
The Mont Gele couloirs are Verbier classics and whilst they may be easily accessible they should not be underestimated. Good and sure snow conditions are required. The couloirs descending towards the lake are the least steep of the North facing couloirs....

Savoleyres - Moomin Forest
Great skiing through the "Moomin forest" so called from the small trees resembling those in the Moomins- a Swedish comic strip. Continue East along the ridge from the Taillay lift and join the small col....
