Open powder alleys in a hanging snowfield
Never Never Land is a real treat. What it lacks in vertical, it makes up in quality snow. This area is one of the last to get tracked out after a storm, and you can almost always find fresh turns here. One must traverse out at the bottom, or commit to some gnarly exits. Start anywhere in the middle of the open bowl between Tight Squeeze and Right Side. You will get about 400ft of primo skiing before the slope rolls off in front of you. Make the traverse to the right into Super, or left, back towards Bridger. Going fall line, you can pick your way to some 10 or 15 foot airs, but its best to scope this route from the bottom before venturing past the traverse. Written by Matthew Shortland
