Turn left out of Tilsley Park onto Dunmore Road. Run to the Wootton roundabout and turn right onto Wootton Road. After about a mile (1.6km), turn right onto the footpath. Stay on the main footpath until you come out onto Dark Lane. Turn right, and at the next junction, turn left onto Sunningwell Lane. Continue for a mile (1.6km) until you get to the community centre or your left. Turn left through the car park and go through the large gates onto venison hill. Run up the hill, through the gates at the top and onto Lincombe Lane. Follow the lane to the end and turn right onto Foxcombe Road. Continue along Foxcombe and turn right into Bayworth Lane. Head down to the bottom of Bayworth Hill. Turn right onto Brumbcome Lane and then right onto Quarry Road. At the bottom of the hill, just past The Flowing Well, turn left. At the top of the first rise, bear left onto Suggworth Lane. Run along the lane until you get to Oxford Road. Turn right and run down Lodge Hill to just before the garage. Turn right into the lane. Follow the lane until you go up the steps onto the bridge. Turn left and continue down Penn Lane until you reach Dunmore Road. Cross the road and turn left. Run along Dunmore Road back to Tilsley Park.
