In October of 2018 I was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s Disease and the neurologist told me to get my affairs in order. Instead, I decided to participate in The World’s Toughest Race, Eco Challenge Fiji with my son Travis and teammates (currently available to watch on Amazon Prime). This is what I want to continue to do with my life despite my diagnosis: to participate fully, push myself, and to make others aware that life is good and above all else, Don’t Quit. I want to encourage my Alzheimer’s brothers and sisters to continue on and do whatever is important to you. Mark M
