I did it!  New 5km PB - 27:46.  Beat my May 30/24 PB/benchmark of 29:15 by 1m30!!! Happy Canada Day 🎉 🎈 🇨🇦🍉❤️

I think I saw God. Tried to push that last mile and it bit me hard in the legs. Didn’t get sub 22 like I wanted but it’s an all time PB so we’ll take it! Improved on last years time as well! 

Bench mark this year was 24:33 so smoked that.

PB last year was 22:36.
