Orbea is a bicycle manufacturer based in Mallabia, in the heart of the Basque Country. We began in 1840 as a firearms producer and started making bicycles in the 1930s, and to this day we paint and assemble the majority of our bikes here in our headquarters. We are part of the Mondragón Cooperative Corporation and Spain's largest bicycle manufacturer.
