The construction on the 168th bridge is finally done! It is worth seeing it yourself to believe it. Have fun running!

Are there grasshoppers at the lake currently?

Anyone struggle with Vocal Cord Dysfunction while running? I do, and it’s been a real challenge. I’m trying a new inhaler to see if that helps. I also try to breathe a certain way. Any other tips?

Nothing better than a summer loop at Zorinsky!

Great job to all the runners who trained outdoors this week. It takes real dedication and persistence in this weather.

This morning around 5-6 some of the trails had been plowed, even before the roads in the park were cleared. Only did 3 miles, but it wasn’t too bad. A section of the loop wasn’t cleared yet when we got to it, so that would’ve been pretty slow running. The plows were getting the roads and lots around 6-6:30 when we left. 

Lake Z runners - any suggestions for Omaha areas or trails that tend to get cleared quickly after snow storms?  ...
