At enduraLAB, our goal is to build a more complete program that will not only produce healthy runners but also allow our athletes to reach their true potential. We do this by creating a program that includes: - Form and Mechanics - Stability and Mobility - Endurance Training - Strength and Balance - Power and Speed - Fuel and Recovery Our group run classes meet Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 6:00 AM.
