Hi guys, I have a friend who lives in Totton with special needs, he is very confident in his running (21 minute 5k) and would love to have him in a club. Is there any club suggestions? Many thanks.

I did the Southampton 10k the year before - I had never ran before and then joined Eastleigh Running Club and have been entering races over the last 12 months. I wanted to come back and do the HM and I got a PB and loved every minute of it. I’ll be back next year for sure 😁

Mistakenly entered this in January and had to do a rushed late entry for 2024 😂. How the hell did I do that? Hence the hand drawn name.

Pleased with effort but that was tough. Wind in places I didn&#39;t anticipate and on my own for long sections of the route. Worth it all though and great support from our hometown 🟥⬜
