Smashed my PR, Praise Jesus.
Was fighting some illness of for the last 2 weeks and couldn’t put in the miles I wanted, Weird cramps in the beginning mixed with traffic made it a little difficult but we pushed on. Hilly course but so much fun. Charlotte rocks. LETS GO. Hard Fought Hallelujah!
