Hey everyone,

SO, with VO behind us on the calendar, normalcy should resume for awhile. We’re throwing up this fun trail route as (is always) a solid option on the day. Obviously this weather is tough to beat…low humidity, lots of sun, it’s FINALLY green. As with any trail day let’s just be good on checking for ticks post-run…a fun accompaniment to coffee?
