Join us for the first Tracksmith 100 Days to London long run for 2025. For this weekend's kick-off, we loop the parks on our route. On offer, we have options of 10 km (6 miles) and 20 km (12 miles). We are partnering with Oatis, post-run, breakfast overnight oats will be available.
Location & Time
Meet at the London Trackhouse for 9AM, bag drop, changing will be available. From 9:30AM, we begin a group warmup and then start the run. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities.
Pacers
There will be pacers from 4:20/km (7:00/mile) to 7:25/km (12:00/mile) on hand to help guide you on the run. The distance option offers many opportunities to lengthen or shorten your miles, depending on your needs.
Fuelling
Before the run, we will have coffee, bananas and water available. Post-run, Oatis will be handing out breakfast posts alongside refreshments.
