Wednesday Speed Workout London - Ladder

Join us for our weekly speed session at Paddington Rec which is designed to help you get faster for your goal races. This week, we are running a ladder workout of 400m, 800m, 1200m, 1200m, 800m, 400m. Recoveries are standing with 90s rest after 800m, 1200 and 60s after 400m.

Timing
There are two options for starting the session, you can meet at the Trackhouse from 6:00 PM to leave for a warmup to Paddington Rec Track at 6:30 PM. The warmup to the track is 3.2km (2 miles). Alternatively, feel free to meet us at the track ready to start the main session for 7:00 PM.

Sign Up & Pacing
Secure bag drop and changing will be available at the Trackhouse. All paces and levels are welcome. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out the club waiver from the events page.
