Saturday Social Regent's Park

An hour of brisk riding in a bunch. Starting with 10 minutes at a steady pace on the Inner Circle, then 50 minutes at a faster pace on the Outer Circle. Followed by a social coffee at 10.00 at the Inner Circle Tennis cafe.

Meet 09.00 opposite the cafe on the Inner Circle of Regent's Park.

The general format is 10 minutes of group riding at a steady pace on the Inner Circle. The group then moves to the Outer Circle for 45 minutes riding at a faster pace followed by a five-minute cool down.
