Hey fitfam just finished my morning run,  
haven't been running for awhile now,  got back from holidays and the motivation isn't all there a bit lazy,  did a lot of walking though to make up for it most my steps were over the 20,000 a day .
Anyway doesn't matter how slow you go as long as you don't stop. 
Thats my motto. 
You GOTA KEEP ON TRYING with your heart and YOUR SOUL there's only ONE WAY to get to YOUR GOAL.
I know i can do this 💪 this is only a warm up i can get to my PB 
And i know U all can do this too. 
U GOT THIS !☆
KEEP SMILING 😃 AND MOST IMPORTANTLY BE YOU 💪👊
Dont compare yrself to others as u are all living your own path to life and have yr own purposes

9km at comfortable pace. Cold weather, brain was freezing, overall run was great.
