#TeamMilk X Fleet Feet Savannah Shakeout Run

Calling all Savannah runners! You’re invited to our Team Milk x Fleet Feet Shakeout Run with Nicole Linn. Whether you’re gearing up to race in the Savannah Half or just want an excuse to shake out your body, this 2 mile+ run will be a fun way to connect with a community of female runners.

Here’s what you can expect:

Join us at the Charles H. Morris Center for an easy run by the river, ending at the Brooks Fashion Fitness Expo. You’ll get early access to the expo starting at 11am.
Snag a free tote bag that includes chocolate milk and an exclusive Team Milk hat for the first 100 attendees! Get to know your fellow Savannah runners and learn about the benefits of chocolate milk for recovery!
