Join us for the inaugural Chalkland Way Ultra.

The Chalkland Way Ultra is a 43 mile circular waymarked route through the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds, starting and ending in the centre of Pocklington and incorporates the very popular Chalkland Way. The terrain is vast farmland, chalkland and dry valleys through mostly green lanes and bridleways. The Chalkland Way was established by Ray Wallace in 1994.

The route crosses other established routes including the Yorkshire Wolds Way, Wilberforce Way and Centenary Way. We will provide you a GPX and printed route map to help you navigate.

The undulating landscape is challenging and with steep climbs in a few places places. It would be perfect for anyone with previous ultra-marathon experience, or a fantastic first time ultra if you have a good level of fitness and are looking for something challenging.
