The only day with other-than-perfect weather. 
We started in the rain. 
Coles Pond/Walden Mt rd turned into a proper Class 4 road/stream, which necessitated pushing for about ten minutes.  Then, miraculously in the middle of nowhere the mist, the "Top of the Mountain" farmstand appeared, complete with burritos and coffee. 
Finished the last mile of the day in freezing, pouring rain. But we knew that killer tacos were waiting...
