-feel like temps 109-116f range ☀️ 
-body basically just shut down and I couldn’t move efficiently. Death marched a few loops before cramping persistently even made this hard.
-I was drinking ~40oz fluid per hour but still seemed in a state of slight dehydration 🥵 
-After 6 loops I took a nap and contemplated my decision but called it.
-racked up my 4th DNF in my 106th ultramarathon
-never again  again!
