Ran into Mia!

Wowza. Traverse time: 3: on pace for the FKT until about mile 6 when I went to check Gaia and realized my water bottle was bumping my phone & had locked me out for an hour. I asked a hiker which way to go and she pointed me down the wrong side of the prusik peak. After realizing I went the wrong way I bushwhacked across the ridge line back to the trail and had to down climb/scramble a couple hundred feet or so back to the trail. Having gave up on the fkt at that point I just shot for sub 4 hours. 
After the traverse I hitch hiked/ran back & nobody picked me up so I ended up running back to the car. Overall good day! Still got the Asgard climb CR & my longest run!
