So much play today! Hucked a headfirst glissade on our way down Columbia then a massive 2k' glissade off Missouri! 

Was wonderful to spend the day with Christopher Fisher and Erin Ton out there!

We had a lot of fun -> see videos 

Still feeling like garbage, deep cough especially in the evenings, ascent pace is garbage as heart rate/exertion goes too high when I try to go at even my normal "easy pace"...We will keep tabs on this to see if I improve or decline. 😒 🤔
