This is honestly the most fun race I’ve ever participated in. What seems special about the Dipsea is how it challenges your body in every single way. On a track, your just trying to keep your breathing right. Cross country you just try to keep your legs from dying. On a race like Dipsea both are just such key factors and honestly this race felt more like a mind game with all the passing then it did a race. 

Felt good about the placement however learned a few lessons. Took the stairs WAY to hard which left me jogging the road for quite a bit losing time I could’ve made up. I also got grouped in with the 19 and 25 year olds so can’t wait to come back next year much faster but have the same 1 minute head start.
