Windy today, made for some fast and slow stretches. Managed to hold my pace better than some and gained a couple of places in the closing phase. Course PB, by one second #consistent

Had a nice chat with an M60 runner afterwards - Ken Lennon. He's looking to set the M60 course record at as many events as he can. Warwick is already set crazily high though. He was 4th today in 18:31. 87.40% age grading! He was highest age grading today, I was 4th age graded, 73.63%
