First race after getting mononucleosis end of April, not too bad, but shape is not as before yet and lack of intensity. Happy to be back racing so soon and with a good feeling. Tried to make the race a bit and the legs felt very good on the climbs, but like I said I felt the fact that I only did some Z2 the last weeks. I trust the fact that I'll regain my form, which I worked very hard to get but didn't get the chance to cash out, with a couple of races and good training weeks. It can only be better.

270g of carbs -> 101g/h for 323w NP.
