Gait Happens - Fit Feet Program Week 8 / Day 2

Hard ride as team was only 4 people.  Started with 1 minute pulls.  Just after halfway my internet dropped so had to keep pushing and when came back on a couple minutes later was not too far back but had to push and group slowed some as I was the fourth person - made for a hard section so sat in a pull or two after caught on.  Time for 16 miles was race was 37:24 (25.67 mph) and I slowed them down when I lost my connection so would have been faster.  Also, with 4 people it is harder as less rest.
