Whew. Went to an Easter service last night as John was in the SICU today and took advantage of the beautiful sunshine to do a double Poto. It’s been on my list so for a day filled with Hope - why not give it a go?! 

For training goals - I wasn’t planning on speed but I needed to get in the miles. 3hr 20 for the first loop and then let’s just say loop 2 wasn’t as strong. Refueled (and refilled water) at the car making this a self-supported route. Per the FKT board - looks like I’m the first lady to give it a go!
