Bit missing between Histon Rd and Girton when watch froze at 20M, eventually managed to reboot and start new run (but GPS lock took a while on the move). Anyway, intended steady/easy training marathon wanting to avoid another big dose of DOMS like last week after Cam HM, but stuck sociably with clubmates for longer than I should, and blew up appallingly in last few M in mud, hills and headwinds -- will probably get bad DOMS too! A muddy year but wore XTalons so not too much slippage. +2L insoles, R foot got a bit sore with no insole but keen to see if R ankle spared in recompense. Also HR strap battery dead and wrist HR meaningless on this watch.
