Every trail in both directions.   Well for the most part, some of the trails in the Southeast section were hard to even remember which ones I did.  Micum helped me close out the last 15 or so miles.   Trails were greasy so plenty of crashing and some blood, but legs and lungs felt fine the whole ride.  The hands hurt the most because of how techy Fort Rock is.
